There are few designers who think of the comfort of the client. Here you can see that the shank has been shaped so that the sides of the ring will fit easily against the fingers on either side.

If not, this is how to determine your ring size, as there are several scales in use (USA, UK, millimetres etc)                                                   USA 6 = 16.51mm = UK “M”    USA 7 = 17.35mm = UK “O”                                                  USA 8 = 18.19mm = UK “Q”     USA 9 = 18.89mm = UK “S”                                              1..Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your finger.                                           2..Mark the point where the two ends meet, making sure it slips past your largest knuckle comfortably.                                                                                                                     3..Measure the string or paper against a ruler (preferably in cm/mm) to get the circumference of your finger & tell us. We shall then determine your correct size.                                           Please Note that large rings (as in having a wide barrel/shank) usually need ½ a size bigger so the ring does not become restrictive on your finger after a while.
